Is there any way for exchange server 2k3 to DETECT a particular email address coming in and forward to management?

We have an employee that is using an external address to sabatoge our company by recruiting other employees to a new business he is creating.  It is against his contract.  So he is emailing people from his yahoo account.. say xyz@yahoo.com.  Is there a way to detect this email address coming into exchange server and having the email immediately forwarded to management?  HELP!?  Thanks!Start Free Trial
