Backup Exchange on Microsoft SBS 2003

Windows Small Business Server (SBS) 2000 and 2003
Regarding the Exchange Information Store,

What products can do an online backup (as opposed to offline)?
What products can do brick level backup?

Will Windows Backup do either/both of these?

How do you restore individual emails and/or mailboxes from an online backup?

Thanks everyone for the tips. I am going to try the Windows Backup first and post any issues next week.
Has this question been solved yet? If so, please review the following link.

Everyone,

I have been swamped and have had to post pone this particular project for a couple weeks. I will post again after I have tried Windows Backup. Thanks for your help so far and your patience.

mwecomputers,

iBackup looks interesting. However, when I said "online backups", I meant online in the sense that Exchange services would be running and not stopping them to do an "offline backup". iBackup looks like it backs Exchange up offsite using the Internet - another type of "online backup"! :-)

Thanks for the link!

Kieran,

Is there a web guide for configuring Windows Backup on SBS for the Exchange information stores? Or do you just add the priv and pub files and that's it?
You shouldn't need a guide, the wizard will automatically select exchange to backup.

But still, you don't want to backup the priv and pub files, if you were doing it manually, you want to scroll to the bottom of the selections list, and you can expand "Microsoft Exchange Servers" where you can select the information store.
