Outlook folders

Hi,

Not sure if this is possible, but I would like to link somehow, folders into our Exchange users Outlook folders.

My guys tend to create seperate folders inside Outlook for each job they are working on. This folder is also then create the same on our file server for things such as word docs and drawings.

Is it possible for a link to be created, so that if they drag an email into their Outlook folder, the message automatically goes into the server folder?

I've been told by one user that his wife does it at her company but unsure how. Is it a feature of Public Folders or something?
