That doesn't show up as anonymous though, it will have the sender name there.
I don't think this is possible InfoGin...

i have an exchange 2003 in my domain, and i wondered if you can do this in exchange 2003.

Let me refrase the question as I am willing to accept an alternative solution.
How do you implement a "Complaint Box" in Exchange where the sender of a complaint is kept secret? And this, without resorting to a second profile or other ways that complicate the usage.
All I want to do is to normally send an email to a designated mailbox or PF and to have the sender anonymous. Similar to what it was in Exchange 5.5.

Just right-click the folder in System Manager, select All tasks->"Mail Enable".
Next, check the Client permission on the folder: ANONYMOUS -> Contributer
