I have one user who is unable to receive internal and external email's.
The user can send internal and external email fine. I tried using OWA and the same thing happens.
All other users on the Exchange server can send and receive both internal and external email with no issues. On the tracking screen of system manager, I can see the received messages ok, but they don't seem to go into the users inbox or mailbox.
PS: This user is using Outlook 2007 with the latest service pack and fixes installed.
Any idea's?
