Reply to all pop-up

We have an Exchange 2003 SP1 environment with Outlook 2003 SP2 clients.  Management has requested if it is possible to have a pop-up box that asks the sender "Do you really want to do this" every time the "reply to all" is selected.

Added to VB Programming because I read how Eric Legualt explained how to do this using VBA in "Getting a Handle on Your E-mails with VBA", which is no longer available.

Hi Matt,

Thanks for the input.  I actually found 2 3rd party add-ins.  One was a COM add-in, but really was not that effective.  I too also found Sperry software, and am in the process of testing it.  I did manage to find Eric's script, but realized once I was going through it that it functions as a macro, thus it would have to be done on all clients, and I am not sure if we would be able to push this out with SMS.  Thanks again for your help.
Thank-you very much!
