Urgent: Outlook Web Access Crashing Randomly

Asked by phylaxict in Exchange Email Server, Microsoft IIS Web Server

Tags: , , , ,

Since last thursday we have start allowing users to our Exchange Server 2007(Service Pack 1 Integrated Installation), they use Outlook Web Access from outside the network.
But the strange thing going on is that Outlook Web Access crashes at irregular intervals since friday evening.
When OWA crashes it recovers itself, but all users sessions are disconnected so all the users have to log on again, as you can imagine this is quite annoying for some users and frustrating fur us as admins since we cant get hold of it.
The following entries appear in our eventlogs:

We dont see any pattern on the timings, sometimes they happen within a minute, sometimes after 1,5hrs.
We have reinstalled Exchange 2007 Client Access role, without any result.
Running health check doesnt give any problems, so im really kinda stuck on this.Start Free Trial
