Exchange Queue Problems

I have a customer that is running Microsoft Exchange 2003.  Right now for some reason that I cannot figure out this exchange server will not send out any mail.  Everytimne I try to send an email message it gets stuck in teh queue saying "Unable to bind to the destination server in DNS.".

At this poitn i'mnot sure what to do to try and get this fixed.  Teh last guy who worked on this sever really messed it so at this poitn i'm looking at everything trying to see why it won't work/Start Free Trial
