Exchange - shared email

HI,  I want to have an email account that multiple users can access, but when someone actions an email it gets marked as read on all user systems ensuring that the work is not duplicated.

so if 5 people access the mailbox they all see the emails but as soon as one person actions/replys to one they can all see it and move onto the next mail etc

we use windows 2003 server enterprise with pop accounts on each pc - could exchange help rectify this or are there 3rd party tools that can help?Start Free Trial
