Hi,
I am in the middle of a network rebuild project. We have setup and configured a new Windows 2003 forest and domain and will be looking to migrate users manually from old to new-there are about 250 users.

This manual user migration will include user creation in new Active Directory domain as well as manual copy of their data (shared and home drives).

Users will be migrated in their teams, so that once all the users of a team have been migrated to the new infrastucture there is no need for their old active directory account.

I have built a new exchange server in the new forest/domain. What I would like to configure is a situation where email is routed to the first exchange server in the first domain (as is already configured and working fine) and if the address doesn't exist there (because the user has been migrated so their mailbox has been moved) then email is rerouted from there onto the new exchange server for delivery.

I need help (preferably a step by step) configuring the 2nd hop from exch01 (the original server) to Mail01 (the new server).
