Trying to change our old Windows 2003 SMTP/POP3 server over to Exchange (mainly so we can use RBL's etc to cut down on spam) but im having a few issues.
Did a clean install of Windows Server 2003, followed by Exchange Server 2003, it all works quite nicely except that external mail does not goto the Exchange account it is addressed to. The mail is being received from external sources, but is not identified and dumped to BadMail (Yes the AD user has the smtp email address im trying to send to).
Sending internal mail, either through exchanges protocol or smtp works fine and goes to the correct boxes according to the recipient policy.
Any ideas, seems so simple but no matter what I try i've had no luck.
