Exchange 2000 to 2003 public folder replication

Hi,
Public folder replication issue;

Part way through a swing migration, all has gone well until now. I'm now trying to initiate public folder replication to start getting data on our 2003 enterprise server from our 2000 standard server.

- Via ESM (2000), all folders set to replicate to the new server successfully
- Via ESM (2000) necessary system folders were set to replicate to the new server successfully
- All replica settings propagated to sub folders as required
- Verified that replication is running (set to always run)

I can connect fine through ESM (Folders->Connect to) and view all the public folders on the 2000 server. However there is literally no indication that folders are being created on the new 2000 server. The Public folder store remains empty aside from 4 folders created by 2003 (globalevents, internal, owascratchpad, storeevents).

Both servers are communicating over port 25, and a connector is set up from the group running to our mailmarshal software for mail delivery.

Something I'm missing?
