Activesync will not sync from phone to exchange (HTTP 501 errors in event log for user)

Hello all,

I have a single user getting 501 error in the event log.

Unexpected Exchange mailbox Server error: Server: [ze_emx01.ben.local] User: [email@company.com] HTTP status code: [501]. Verify that the Exchange mailbox Server is working correctly.

Changes he makes on the handheld  are not reflected in outlook. Changes made in outlook work fine.


I have one other person using active sync and they are not having any issues.
