client's ip address is blacklisted on the dsbl.org website and after verifying that i could send to it from my domain (not the same as mine and on a different ip address) i selected to have dsbl.org verify with 'postmaster@domainname.com
'. nearly immediately when i submitted the request, the following error was returned:
DSBL: Send Removal Confirmation

Result:
Message Report:

where do i go from here? as i am able to send to postmaster@domainname.com i know the address is valid - i just don't know how to fix this. i really need to be able to get the client's domain name off of the blacklist as it's killing them with their clients and vendors.
any help is greatly appreciated. tia.
