I'm running Exchange 2003, clients are running XP, with Outlook 2003.
We have a few meeting rooms setup as resource accounts.....that people invite to the meeting.
When a user books a meeting with the resource (using the auto accept agent method) they receive an acceptance...but for an hour ahead.
When you log into the resource account to view the calendar it shows the correct time i.e. not an hour ahead.
The correct time is also shown in the meeting organizers calendar.
The incorrect time is only shown in the "other calendars" view within outlook......i.e. when you have your calendar and the resource calendar side by side in outlook.
I've checked timezone settings on Exchange, the client and the resource accounts settings - all are consistent.
Any help would be appreciated.
