how do I  COPY emails from web email server to exchange

Currently it is setup that when I click send/receive, emails from pop email accounts is MOVED to our exchange that is in house.  What I want to do is COPY these emails to exchange, leaving them on the web email server.  Can this be done,and if so, how?Start Free Trial
