I have a user that keeps getting a network password prompt in Outlook 2003 every time they try to open it.
I tried deleting their mail profile from the mail management in control panel (windows XP) and when I try to re-create it, I get the password prompt again. I tried logging the user's domain account into another machine on the domain and got the same thing when I tried to create their mail profile. The user is able to access OWA.
Any ideas how to fix this? I am stumped.
