If the certificate was installed on Exchange 2007 by default is it a renewable cert? and who do i renew it with?

Certificate issue
I am runnig Microsoft Exchange 2007(1server) and I am getting a messagae from clients that the certificate has expired. I believe that this certificate was installed by default when installing Exchange 2007. I have another certificate that is installed for owa but that is not due to expire for another month.
Do i need to by another certificate or is there a way to update this one? I will include a message i am receiving from outlook.

The problem was that the cert is a self signed cert installed by default when exchange is installed. The cert is desinged to expire one year after installation and the remedy is to renew the cert through the exchange powershell .http://exchangepedia.com/
