Konica Minolta C550
PROBLEM:
Scan to Email does not work for all users in my enviornment on ONE of the Konica Minolta C550's.
SITUATION:
I have compared the three devices and I see that the difference in configuration is that the Attachment and Subject names are different. I have no problems scanning to email from Konica2 and Konica3, and i CAN scan to a tiny handful of people (Myself & one receptionist) in my office successfully from Konica1 but the rest of the organization never see's the emails.
On the Exchange Systems Manager: Message Tracking Center when I do a search for the messages it shows that the messages that are scanned in that the users do not see have been successfully delivered to the mailbox. Here is the output of the test scan:

I do NOT see the messages in the Symantec Mail Manager Quarantine!
I have configured a Connection Filtering Global Acception List for the IP addresses of all 3 Konica devices today and applied that filter to the Default SMTP Virtual Server on both Exchange servers.
Any help would be greatly apprecaited.
