Need a script that add's a Dash ("-") after the 2nd letter of each word in a list.

Hi all,

I have a customer that receives lists daily from vendors with codes like this:

AA3242343
AB12341243
CA2344124
CAF234232

etc

Right now they manually ad a dash behind every 2nd character because else they cannot import it into their systems. So the list above needs to look like this:

AA-3242343
AB-12341243
CA-2344124
CA-F234232

I'm not a scripting guru but i'm more then willing to try and help these people prevent making 100's of dashes each day manually, so I'm hoping somebody can help me out with this.
