I am having users complain they are not getting certain emails from a VERY large client of ours. The client is saying they are sending the e-mails, but they are not comming through to our users. Some emails we get, some we don't. Nothing is unique about the emails we arent recieving other then they are from the same company. I called the IT department of their company and they are saying it is us and not them. We are running Outlook on an Exchange Server.
I suppose the VERY large cellular carrier can be lying about sending the emails, but I would bet against it.
Any suggestions?
