Forward Unresolved Email to one Address? (Exchange 2007)

I've had a punt around on the net trying to get my head round how to set this up. From what I can gather to set it up I need to change the domain from authoritative to internal Relay to get this to work - but when I do this  I dont see anything else to configure.

OK So I change it to internal Relay  - Then what?

If you are referring to NDR's (Non Deliverables).  Go to your default SMTP connector, right click and go to Properties.  Under the Messages tab > Send copy of Non-Delivery Report to

type in the email address of the person you want it to go to

No sorry - inbound emails

e.g administrator@mydomain.com exists  but notarealaddress@mydomain.com does not, so if any mail get sent to the latter it gets forwarded to a particuar mailbox
I'll admit, I'm kind of confused of what you're asking for.

If a outside users sends an email to a user within your domain that does not even exist, you will not even know about it because they will receive a NDR.

if someone within the domain sends an email out to a user who doesn't exist, then the NDR will come back to you.

??
No sorry I want a "Catch all" email box

e.g. my emial address is pete@notadomain.co.uk If mail gets sent to pte@notadomain.co.uk then I want it delivered to another  central mailbox - along with person_who_has_left@notadomain.co.uk and anyhting elso that comes in for my domain that does not have a mailbox of its own.
That's for Exchange 2000 m8?
