Mail Loop using Exchange 2003 with POP3

I am receiving 3 or 4 duplicate emails at once on my pop 3 account. It doesn't apply to all emails, only some.

I use Policy Patrol Enterprise pop3 connector connected to MS Exchange 2003. Policy Patrol is configured to store a copy of messages on the pop3 server.
Only a single email is received by the users, but on Policy Patrol mail log and on the webmail account where the pop3 mail is located, there are duplicate messages.

I believe it is in a mail loop, but I am not sure what to configure to stop it.

I have setup my ISP as a smart host to send email under the default smtp virtual server.

The domain is setup as corp.mydomain.com.Start Free Trial
