Urgent!!! Exchange 2003 database dismount automatically

Hi ALL

We are facing a critical problem, which mailbox database for every storage group dismount automatically today, And  i have can mount back mailbox manually, but i afraid it will happen again. anyone know the reason for those database dismounted? here are our error log that

Event ID: 486
Description:Information Store (6076) Storage Group 1: An attempt to move the file "E:\Exchtlog\STOREGP1\E01.log" to "E:\Exchtlog\STOREGP1\E011BF0B.log" failed with system error 32 (0x00000020): "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. ".  The move file operation will fail with error -1032 (0xfffffbf8).
