I have a bit of a strange problem. A few users are sending email by an automated application. But for a few them the emails are not sent, they just sit in the either the drafts folder or the outbox.
For the odd email this is ok as the user can go and sent the email manually, but for multiple mails... for example emailing customers invoices at month end this becomes a problem.
I think the application used to generate the emails is using MAPI and it called Spindle and sits between Sage and Outlook, its a sort of Crystal Reports for Sage.
