Hi
we have Exchange 2003 Sp2
when we sent to one client are emails are coming back with error
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator.

Yes, unfortunately only your ISP can maintain your RDNS. I hope that they are helpful.

and the reason for blacklisting is
WARNING: No matching A-Record exists for your Reverse-DNS.
DNS is INCONSISTENT.
Please request your Admin or Provider to fix this.
I guess this is going back to my ISP, unfortunately i m having very hard time with them since they have a monopoly.
Oh well i guess will have to wait n see what happens.
