We're running Exchange 2003 with GFI Mail Essentials. (Both are on the same box so it's the gateway). What is the proper way to setup the SPF records or exchange so that our own internal messages do not get filtered.

if you want your internal emails don't get filtered by servers on internet, ard.html
you need to add some modifications to your internet DNS zone.
the simplest way is tu use that wizard : http://old.openspf.org/wiz
