Then I looked at exchange server events, in the application log there were too many same error messages; error is;

The MAPI provider failed.

The error means "cannot find". Therefore the problem is probably with the OAB system folder. Ensure that the OAB system folders have a server listed as a replica: http://www.amset.info/exchange/oab-error.asp

When I click the show view system folder gives an error;
The token supplied to the function is invalid
ID no: 80090308
Exchnage System Manger
and see nothing in the folder.

You will not see any content in the folder, so that is normal. The error message you have received is usually connected to SSL certificate issues.

I think problem is second information store whick we created new. becasue when I look at the Offline Address book properties on the Public system folders, it is in the dismounted store.

in 1 month I will install exchange 2007 on a different server, I think problem will be solved automatically.

Which store did you recreate? The public or private store? The private store stores mailboxes. If it was the mailbox store then you just need to ensure that on the database that you have associated it with an offline address book.

Installing Exchange 2007 will not help a great deal as you still need to migrate the data from the public and system folders to the new server.

As I suspected - that is a public folder store, not a mailbox store. The problem though is clear - the OAB directories have no content. Ensure that you have a replica set for each OAB directory and that the OAB settings in ESM, Recipient Configuration is pointing to your valid Exchange server. Attempt to force the OAB to update and see if anything is generated in the event logs.
