Exchange status is disconnected, send error 0x8004011D

I used the Badmail script to remove old emails that were kept and being re-sent whenever we reboot the server. Re-mounted the store. Client Outlook status shows as "disconnected". When performing send/receive, error 0x8004011D displays.
