Browse All TopicsI have a simple asynchronous even sink written in vb6 that writes to a sql server database everytime somebody saves a contact in one of the public Contacts folder in their outlook and returns a unique id that is saved as custom property. The code is registered as a com plus event on the server running Exchange. After updating to SP2, the event sink fails to fire. Only when the contact is saved a second time, it issues a conflict message saying 2 versions of the contact exists, one saved b the user, and the second saved by the user under whose context the event sink is running. Only when I choose the latter version, do I see the id saved in the database. IS there a way to fix this?
