I am having a weird issue with an exchange/outlook setup. A client has their own personal mailbox and they also have rights to the Presidents. When she tries to access his mailbox she can see all his emails but the preview pane has this message " The items cannot be displayed in the reading pane. Open the item to read its contents.". If you recreate her profile and add the mailbox it will work one time. If you close it and reopen it it goes back to the same issue. If you outlook into uncached mode it works also, but we cannot do this here because we were recently burned during a migration and lost a mailbox and couldn't recover it from cached mode. Is there any ideas out there on what else I could try? I have disabled every add in with no help.
