We have recently migrated from exchange 2003 to exchange 2007. We are now experienceing major spam problems. I have activated the Anti-Spam capabilites for the HUB transport role as we are not large enough to have a seperate edge transport server.
I have setup two Balcklist providers (SORBS & spamhaus), and I have set the SCL junk email level to 4 with a reject level of 9. I have also used the powershell to activate the SCLJunkEmail and set the SCLjunkthreshold to 4 (Yes- this is very high) for each mailbox.
Everyone here is still getting major amounts of spam - far more than when we had exchange 2003 deployed.
I am concerned that while I have configured all the Anti-Spam options I may not have actually instructed Exchange 2007 to route the messages through its version of the Intelliegent Message Filter.
Any Suggestions?
