The psmtp.com is the extention that is used by the Postini Spam Blocking service. I looked up the error on their support portal and the recipient has their site configured incorrectly. So the issue isn't yours it is the recipients issue.
Here is a copy of the support page from Postini. You need to login so no link is provided
Incoming emails to your mail server are rejected by Postini with the error:
554 No relaying allowed - psmtp
Resolution:
This means that the domain has not been added into Postini system so Postini will not accept and process emails for this domain.
1) Check to see if the domain is in your Perimeter Manager hierarchy:
a) Go to Orgs and Users > Domains.
b) Select your Account org from the Choose Org pull-down list and search for the domain name.
2) If the domain doesn't exist in your Postini structure, add it into any existing organization or create a new one. Please refer to the solution entitled, "Adding or deleting domains" for details on doing this.
3) If the domain does already exist, then verify that it is in an Organization under the correct email config. If so, then perform the following steps:
a) Select the email config which handles the deliveries from the Choose Org pull-down list, then go to Inbound Servers > Delivery Manager.
c) Click Edit.
d) Click Submit.
4) Finally, if the domain exists, but is not under the correct email Server Configuration, then move the Organization following the solution entitled "Moving an Organization from beneath one Server Configuration to another".
