Application Configuration of OMA virtual directory in IIS

Does anyone know the setting (point to what dll or exe) for the Wildcard application maps under the Application Configuration (Configuration tab in Application settings) of the OMA virtual directory under the Default Web Site of Exchange 2003?

Wildcard application map missing which lead to OMA not working on the Exchange 2003 server.
There are no information related to it on the Internet.

Would appreciate if anyone can help!

Already tried and it did not work.
Perhaps someone could take a look at their Exchange server settings and read off the setting of the  Wildcard application maps.
