Exhange help - sending spam, unknown user in the curent sessions

It looks like my exchange server might be sending spam

there is a current session open, the user is H125315 and the ip address is from the USA.

we don't have a user or computer with that name and that ip address is nothing to do with us or with any of our users.

I have frozen the queue and there are 100's of emails building up from this ip address.

I did the relay test a couple of days ago which showed we were not acting as a relay.

All mail that is sent in has to be routed to a know user or it is rejected.

None of the emails in the spam list are to anyone in my org or from anyone in my org.

What do I do to stop this.
