554 Transaction failed (in reply to end of DATA command)

We use exchange 2003 in conjuction with symantec mail security on a dell appliance

An external customer is sending e-mail to us but when sending attachement he gets the following erroe this has been happening for a no of our customers.

This is the Symantec Mail Security program at host filter.JOEJOE.com.

I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

For further assistance, please send mail to <postmaster>

If you do so, please include this problem report. You can
delete your own text from the attached returned message.

Huge attachment? Virus in the attachment? Any other specific quality of the failed emails?

I am having a similar issue... I too have Symantec Mail Security.  You say the conpliance was corrupted (I assume you meant compliance).  

What did you do to correct that issue?
