How do I migrate Public folder data from one server to another?

We recently migrated to another Exchange server due to hardware issues.  All of the mailboxes have been migrated to the new mail server, using the mailbox migration tool.  I used the Public Folder migration tool to migrate the public folders, but it looks as though that only migrated the folders themselves, not the the data within the folders.  Is there a way to migrate the data?  I followed (I think) the procedures laid out in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822895, but again, it only seems to have migrated the folders themselves, and not the data within the folders.  Start Free Trial
