Mail for Exchange - System Error, Try again later

I have two phones within our company that use Nokia's 'Mail for Exchange'.

They have been working fine for a month or two but have now both stopped working.
The error message I get when tryng to sync is:
"System Error, Try again later". It does however appear to connect ok.

No settings have change on the phones or firewall.
The only thing thats changed on the exchange server is we have had a new CA backup agent installed. Can't see why that would affect it though.

Any ideas?
