The first time I log on with outlook 2007 to exchange 2007 sp1 It gets hung on synchronizing folders and then I close outlook 2007 and reopen it and it is no longer there. Each time I connect takes about two minutes.

I have an internal FQDN of https://xyzserver.xyz.com and an external FQDN of https://exchange.xyz.com
I have a ucc certificate with both of these addresses as well as autodiscover.xyz.com.
I have done a lot of research on the internet and havn't found anyone with the exact same error, but close. Any help will be appreciated.
