Configure ATT blackberry to use OWA

Does anyone know where I might be able to find  the config steps for OWA on a blackberry with screenshots?

One of my users (the CEO) has a blackberry and needs help getting this set up... we do not use a BES or typically provide user support for blackberry and I do not carry one personally.
