TRYING TO EMAIL A LARGE FILE......HOW DO I CHANGE OUTGOING EMAIL SIZE IN MY EXCHANGE SERVER OR IS IT IN SYMNATIC EMAIL SCANNER

HI, I'm trying to send a large file.  A bunch of pics.  I could send them all so I zipped them.  The file in total size is 54.2mb.  any suggestions.  Can i just change the amount that is allowed out in my exchange server, it seems to go but then my symantec email scanner is scanning and then it never allows the email through.  send pics one at a time???  compress the pics one at a time?  i get this error:
