We have staff that don't like to check their email on a regular basis.

Is there a way that I can check staff's frequency of checking their email on Exchange 2007?

Yes, if you open exchange system manager, go to First Storage Group, Mail Store, and then logons, you will see the mailbox account, and last logon time.

Is that what you are looking for?

I think what I'm seeing is a bit different. I didn't see logons in the storage group.
When I go to an individual mailbox, there is a modified date and time on the General tab, but I don't know how reliable this date/time is. For example, my mailbox modified date/time is Tuesday, May 06, 2008 11:30:29 AM, but today is the 7th and I've been in my email all day so...
He said Exchange 2007. System manager is only there in 2003.
