I cannot send mail via SMTP to my Exchange Server

I think I am rather close to using Exchange to obtain email via SMTP rather than using the POP3 connector. But, I still am doing something wrong based on the fact that I can't receive email. :-(  The steps I have already taken are:

Went to domainit.com and changed the MX record from mail.domainit.com to mail.riverviewpediatrics.org
Reconfigured the SBS via CEICW by changing the check boxes to send email directly to the Exchange Server.

I then (I think) opened the port 25 in Cisco PIX 501. See config below:

And, I am constantly getting the MMC Snap-In is not working.

I realize this may be more than one question. I am just not sure if the problem is with the PIX and opening the port or if it is something directly inherent with Exchange as I may not have configured something correctly. Please let me know if I need to post it in two separate places.
