I have a public folder that is used for an internal company calendar that doesn't show up in Global Address List of some users, while it does show for others. All users have at least 'author" premissions, and I did uncheck the "Hide from Global Address List" checkbox in the "Exchange advanced" tab of the folder's properties dialog. The users who cannot see the calendar in their GAL (when trying to add it in Outlook 2003) logged out and back in their computers, but no change.
