Dynamic Distribution Group Not Appearing in GAL

I've created a new dynamic distribution group on my Exchange 2007 SP1 server and it does not appear in the Global Address List. "Hide Group" is not checked under advanced in properties for the group.

When creating the group, I selected the correct OU, and was able to preview all of the recipients in the list.

I've re-built the GAL on the server, and tried to re-download to Outlook 2003. The group also does not appear when using OWA. Universal (non-dynamic) distribution groups appear and function properly.

When I view the item in the ADUC console, the group appears with a generic icon, with type listed as "msExchDynamicDistributionList."
