How to forward emails in Exchange

I have a user that wishes to forward his exchange mail to an external POP3 address.

When I go to AD / user / properties /  Exchange General / Delivery Options, the only option I have in the "Forward to"  box is to choose other users. I seem to be unable to enter an external address.
