I have a remote user whose emails are not showing up in Outlook 2007 or in OWA. Newer emails are coming in fine and are being saved, but anything older than a week ago is not showing up. My initial thought was that somehow his emails were somehow deleted from the server, but his mailbox size is 800mb so I think his email is there, but we just can't get to it for some reason.
I am not an Exchange guru by any stretch so please be patient with me if I ask stupid questions. Thanks.
