exchange server mail delivery issue on deleted account form local exchange server

Hi,

We have local exchange server 2003, before some days, I have  delete some account and configure this accounts on another place local exchange server, because some user shift to another office.
and my problem is the when i send mail to these users , we get return these user mail with the massage "mail delivery fail"

that mean the exchange server not searching these user with live mail sever which is confiured on 3rd location for live envirement,

I think it's the exchange address book , kindly help me to resolve this issue
