Sending email using alias address with exchange 2007

Hi

I am trying to set up a second email account on my mac that sends outgoing email via the SMTP server on my Exchange 2007 server. my server handles all email for DomainA but I would like the second email account to be "from" DomainB (ie my default from address is user@domaina.com but I would like to email to be sent from user@domainb.com).

I have set up an account on the client no problem but am getting an error 5.7.1. Client does not have permissions to send as this sender.

I have added the address user@domainb.com to my account in Exchange but this does not seem to have helped.
