One of our customers uses Exchange 2003 for all mail. A correspondent in far-east sends a message with 3 pdf-files to him. He receives the message; can open one attachment and the other attachments can't be opened.
When his correspondent sends the message to us; we can open all attached pdf-files without any problem.
When we forward this message to our customer; all attached files can also be opened.
Customer has a distributionlist for this mail; alle recipients can't open the pdf-files; we've tried other versions of Acrobat Reader; we've disabled antivirus on client / server.
When using OWA the attachments can't also be opened; so we think it isn't a clientside problem.
Customer has in a Barracuda AV-firewall for deleting spam and virusses from messages. Also ISA is attached to the network; but other messages are received without any problem so we think it isn't an ISA_related or Barracuda-related isue.
